How This Tool Works

This tool parses the Tags column from your ServiceTitan job export and cross-references it against the Member Status column and job type to catch tag carryover issues.

Audit Rules

FLAG"Potential Member" tag found on a job where Member Status = Active

FLAG"Potential Member" tag on a Warranty, Recall, or TGL job (carryover from original job)

WARNDuplicate tags detected in the tag string

OK"Potential Membership Renewal" on "no autopay" memberships — expected, not flagged

Audit Notes: "Potential Membership Renewal" tags on "no autopay" memberships are expected and not flagged. Same-day membership sales may produce false positives — if a customer's membership was sold on the same day as the job, the "Potential Member" tag may be legitimate at time of booking. Spot-check those against membership activation dates.
